I will say that Mimecast has been perfectly pleasant in getting me the information I needed to help management make a decision. They did not argue or try to sway me when I explained the reasons for moving away from them (cost, inability to extract data in the proper format for ease of transition / eDiscovery). So if asked in the future for a good spam provider and archive provider, Mimecast is still a decent one. There are just some small caveats of which people need to be aware.
